Imran Sayeed shares his experience with OPEN DC
 The Fireside Chat event with Imran Sayeed was very successful with attendance just over 40 people. The audience and the atmosphere was very vibrant and very participant and Imran provided some very insightful advice and personal experiences for people to learn from and apply to their particular scenarios.
Imran spoke at length about his early career founding two companies pre-IPO, going through an economic downturn, the challenges as an entrepreneur and his experience as a professor, investor and now a successful corporate executive. Something interesting for everyone! The event was also very instrumental in helping like-minded people connect on a number of different fronts and provide an opportunity to seek information pertinent to them such as funding, angel investments, career opportunities etc.The event was followed by a lunch for Imran on behalf of OPEN where we managed to fit more than 15 people in one booth, albeit temporarily! Fun was had by all. |
