Qaisar is an accomplished senior executive with extensive General Management,
Marketing, and Brand Management experience at a Fortune 25 company in the
consumer goods industry. He set exemplary record in leading business roles in
US and international markets and accomplished at creating and articulating a
vision and energizing employees at all levels to achieve goals. Able to build top
notch teams, establish relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
He is recognized for starting up and turning around stagnant businesses in tough
markets.He will be sharing his experiences and learning from the very challenging
but successful, 10 years with P&G Pakistan. The company approached him to take
on the challenge of starting up the Pakistan business from scratch. In November
1990 Qaisar moved from Cincinnati to Karachi and embarked on what was going
to be a professional journey of a life time.
P&G Pakistan launched its first products in August 1991. Qaisar twice served as
country manager of the operation for a total of 10 years. When he left the
assignment in January 2011, the business was on track to deliver $200 million
in sales and P&G had just opened its second manufacturing plant near Karachi,
an investment of over $45 million.
